Eye Bags
Treatment
Puffiness below the eye, corrected by moving the fat rather than removing it.
What it is
As the tissues beneath the eyes weaken with age, the lower eyelids can begin to appear puffy. Fat and fluid may collect in the area, creating visible under-eye bags and a heavier lower-eye contour.
This can make the face look tired or older than it feels, even when you are well rested. In most cases, it is an aesthetic concern rather than a sign of an underlying medical condition.
The procedure
A refined approach to restoring youthful definition beneath the eyes. Excess skin is precisely excised, weakened muscle is reinforced, and the natural lower-lid contour is elegantly restored.
Orbital fat is carefully repositioned, not discarded, to seamlessly soften the tear-trough hollow and create a smoother, more youthful under-eye transition. Performed with local anaesthesia and optional sedation, the technique prioritises precision, subtlety, natural harmony, and sophisticated rejuvenation.
Results and recovery Results and recovery
Sutures are removed after one week, followed by a review. Mild swelling and bruising are expected and typically settle within two weeks. Allow one month before a major occasion.
Avoid strenuous exercise for two weeks, swimming for one month, and eye make-up for two weeks. The tissues continue to remodel and refine over three to six months.
